“I was more than impressed with the residents of Braintree on Monday night. One of the things that makes Braintree great is the passion and concern regarding the schools,” Naughton said.

“Many opinions and concerns were brought to the table Monday night, and all worth considering.

“It is well known that there are major space concerns, and at face value a Kindergarten Center appears to be a feasible solution to create somewhat immediate space. That being said, I looking forward to learning more about what opening the Kindergarten Center would entail, and how exactly it would change the make up of our schools.  Space is needed and the best solution is the solution that ensures that most effective learning environment for our students.

“I hope to have the opportunity to work with the current School Committee members to ensure that the best decision is made.”
