Pet Store Opening in August at South Shore Plaza

Family-owned Pet Express, dubbed "New England’s largest premiere pet company," is opening a location at South Shore Plaza in Braintree next month.

The award-winning pet company "has brought thousands of people together with their newest 'family members' since their first location opened in 1995, only selling pets to people that show genuine interest in caring for and meeting its lifetime needs," according to a Plaza press release.

“At Pet Express the pets come first, setting the highest standards in the pet industry, through veterinary care, nutrition, socialization, and custom designed animal viewing areas,” Rob, John and Lucia, Owners of Pet Express, said in the release. “We are leaders in responsible animal care and you will see the difference that makes us special.”
 
Pet Express will be located in the Sear’s wing on Level 2 and joins a variety of stores that are new or coming soon. 

According to the South Shore Plaza, several stores have relocated or have renovated: 

The Children’s Place which has renovated and relocated to the Nordstrom wing, Level 2 and is now open, Victoria’s Secret is undergoing renovations and is set to re-open in late July, Victoria’s Secret PINK Collection which is new to the Plaza is located in the former Children’s Place location on Level 1 and is now open, The Body Shop has undergone a renovation and is now open and Aerie by American Eagle also underwent a renovation and is now open.
