Hello!

My name is Lauren and I am very excited to be apart of the blogging community on Patch. I am a the owner of Body Benefit Massage Therapy at 40 Pearl Street in Braintree. I also teach yoga to children ages 3-13.

I am a true believer in taking the time to take care of yourself starting from a young age, so you can grow to live a long, healthy life. What's the point of growing old if you can't enjoy it right?! Being proactive in preventative health is key to making this happen.
