Super Bowl 2013: Game Time, TV Schedule, Where to Watch in Braintree

The San Francisco 49ers will take on the Baltimore Ravens during Super Bowl 2013 on Sunday, Feb. 3.

Super Bowl 2013 is almost here, with the showdown of the San Francisco 49ers and the Baltimore Ravens just days away.  The XLVII Super Bowl will take place at 5:30 p.m. Sunday CBS-TV (channel 2). NFL Playoffs: TV Schedule and Where to Watch Divisional Round Games

The New England Patriots host the Houston Texans at 4:30 p.m. Sunday in the AFC Divisional Round. Here’s a roundup of where and when to catch all the NFL playoff action this weekend.

The divisional round of the NFL playoffs begins this weekend in Denver when the Broncos host the Baltimore Ravens at 4:30 p.m. Saturday. Locally, the New England Patriots host the Houston Texans Sunday at Gillette Stadium. Kick-off in Foxborough is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Patriots fans hoping for another AFC Championship game in Foxborough will be tuning in Saturday to cheer on the Ravens against Peyton Manning and the Broncos while fans wanting to see a Brady-Manning showdown with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line will be favoring the Broncos Saturday.  Of course, in either scenario, the Patriots need to knock off the Houston Texans Sunday to advance. NFL Playoffs: Week One Schedule and Where to Watch

The Patriots are on a bye week but there is still a lot of football action this weekend. Find out where to catch games in the Braintree area.

Tom Brady and the New England Patriots are back in the playoffs and will be in search of their fourth Superbowl Ring since 2002. The Patriots clinched a playoff spot and ended the season with a 12-4 record. Also, thanks to their Dec. 10 win over the Houston Texans (also a 12-4 team), the Pats earned a bye week in the first round of the playoffs. However, while there will not be a Patriots game this weekend, there will still be plenty of action. It's also a good chance to watch the upcoming competition.  Most importantly for this weekend, New England fans should pay attention to the showdown between the Bengals and the Texans as the winner of that game will face the Patriots on Jan. 13, according to CBS Sports.
