Tribute to Anthony King Features Braintree High Scholarship, Re-Named Guidance Offices
Former Director of Guidance Anthony King passed away suddenly last August.
This spring, the guidance offices at Braintree High School will be re-named the ”Anthony T. King Memorial Suite” in honor of the former guidance director who passed away last August. King served the school system for 35 years and was a particulary active educator, participating in various groups including the Braintree Education Association, the Norfolk County Teachers Association, and the Massachusetts School Counselors Association. "With his deep-rooted humility, with his most gentle nature, with his extraordinary, unfailing kindness, and with his amazing ability to listen and to empathize with others, Tony truly showed each of us how this life should be led," his obituary read.
