Braintree Student Joins Cast of 'Guys and Dolls' at Curry College

Founded in 1879, Curry College is a private, four-year, liberal arts institution located on 135 acres in Milton, MA.

Curry College is pleased to announce that Braintree, MA resident Vanessa Kelly, daughter of Gloria Blanco-Kelly and Brian Kelly, has been cast as Hot Box Girl in Curry College Theatre's Spring Musical, Guys and Dolls. Vanessa is a Sophomore Communication Major. Vanessa graduated from Thayer Academy in 2012 where she performed in shows such as Guys and Dolls, Beauty and Beast, Godspell, and Twice Upon a Time. She is thrilled to have now landed a role in the classic musical, Guys and Dolls. A fast-paced comic tale of Saints and Sinners; Gamblers and Gangsters, Salvation Army Sergeants and Show Girls, for five decades and counting, Guys and Dolls has tumbled its way across American stage, and into the hearts of millions of audience members, …
