On Nov. 27, 2012, Bay State businessman and Boston resident Herb Chambers, who has a dealership on Granite Street in Braintree, made a $50,000 donation to Mrs. Angela Menino today towards Mayor Menino’s City of Boston Holiday Toy Drive, which helps distribute toys throughout Boston’s neighborhoods to children in need. This collaborative effort will ensure hundreds of children have toys under their Christmas trees this year.
