Boston man charged with selling Oxycodone to face jury in October. Tony L. Berry, 32, of 76 Radcliff St., Boston had charges of distributing a Class B drug and conspiracy to violate drug laws continued to Oct. 3 for a jury trial in Quincy District Court. The charges stem from a Feb. 22, 2011 incident in Braintree at 4 p.m. when police say they observed an alleged drug sale involving two vehicles on Crawford Street. Braintree Wareham man arraigned on traffic charges Geoffrey T. Allen, 38, of 6R Galavotti Ave., Wareham, was arraigned in Quincy District Court on charges of driving after license suspension and license not in possession. Judge Diane Moriarty dismissed the first charge upon the court's receipt of $100 in court costs and found Allen not responsible on the second offense. Braintree man faces third OUI Timothy M. The man, who was a Braintree resident before leaving for Nevada, allegedly owes more than $30,000 in child support payments and was one of the Department of Revenue's Top 10 Most Wanted.
After dodging thousands of dollars in child support, six of the top 10 most wanted men by the Department of Revenue have been found, hauled into court on charges that potentially mean several years in prison. Add to those now caught a former Braintree resident, Gerard Colucci. He was flown back to Massachusetts on Thursday from Las Vegas to be arraigned in Quincy District Court on charges of abandonment of a child without support and failure to comply with a support order. Colucci owes $32,074 in child support, according to the DOR. A warrant was issued for his arrest in 2008 for failing to make more than 335 consecutive payments. On Friday afternoon, Colucci pled not guilty to the charges and was given $20,000 bail by Judge Marc S. Coven …
