Andy Fleming's lifelong journey toward leading a soccer program has led him from Braintree to Xavier University.

These are the attributes that make a successful head coach. A team takes its cues and gets its persona from its leader. A head coach losing his mind on the sidelines, yelling and cursing and stomping, leads to a team in disarray. Being too placid leads to a passive team.
