This is truly a wretched place. My mom did not get the proper care she deserved and the so called staff is inexperienced and unattentive. I wake in in night terrors thinking that my dear sweet mother spent a good part of her last few months in this God forsaken place. Please. Please, please do not send your loved on here. Hospital staff....insurance companies I don't know why you insist on sending our loved ones here to die.

My Mom was just transferred here . Since there are no inside photos of the facility, we'll rely on her review of the facility.

Less than professional staff.

Depressing decor'.

"Hallway" type patient rooms.

Depressing atmosphere, doesn't encourage a feeling of "well-being"

Morgue quiet, little activity other than the residents of the nearby elderly housing complex coming in to use the facility amenities.

Lack of activity and upbeat atmosphere with less than professional staff leads to increased feeling of doom and depression with older patients who are there to rehab and can't just "walk-out", this is a detriment to positive rehabilitation and can make the elderly patient feel "abandoned".

I suppose as long as the insurance keeps paying and the Doctors keep sending their patients there, things will never change.

There are better facilities in the greater Boston area, with professional, caring, staff and an atmosphere of hopefulness and encouragement.

Send your loved one to one of them.
