Ben & Jerry's 2013 Boston Fair Trade Music Festival featuring the Ryan Montbleau Band and The Off Chance will be Saturday, Aug. 31 on the Boylston Plaza at the Shops at Prudential Center from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m.
