Monday Essentials: School Committee on Handbook Updates, State Ed Money
What's happening in Braintree this week.
The School Committee meets at 7 p.m. Monday night at the Colbert School on Pond Street.
It is the last meeting of the summer and the last before the school year begins. There are a number of approvals on the agenda, including:
- Elementary, middle and high school handbooks
- A BHS out-of-state trip to Washington, DC
- Braintree Elementary Enrichment Program fees
- Various gifts to schools
- Nurse appointments
- Additional state Chapter 70 money
