The Braintree High School cheerleaders, at a tournament Saturday at Bristol Plymouth Regional Tech, took first place by default when the competition didn't show.

Last Wednesday night was the last game the seniors on the BHS girls varsity basketball team would play at BHS. There was a special ceremony held to honor the seniors who will graduate this year. They beat Needham 53-33 that night.

The boys ice hockey team held its senior night last Tuesday and beat St. Peter-Marian 8-2.
