Braintree Yoga Class @ Jai Yoga - all levels



Our essential flow class, Vinyasa Flow is designed for those already experienced in basic Yoga poses. The pace is energetic as we move through flow sequences that build confident alignment in essential yoga poses. After awakening and warming the body, we progress to flowing sequences while observing the connection between breath and movement. The finer details of basic postures are further emphasized and presented in a more challenging way and with more variations.
