No School Monday in Braintree as Town Cleans up from Blizzard

School is cancelled in Braintree on Monday because of the large amount of snow.

Braintree Public Schools will be closed Monday as the town continues to clean up from the blizzard.

An automatic notification will go out to families at noon Sunday, Superintendent Dr. Peter Kurzberg said in an email. The large amount of snow – some 23 inches in Braintree – means that DPW crews will still be cleaning streets and sidewalks Monday.
