Major Life Insurance, Health Care Companies Leasing Space in Braintree

Cassidy Turley, a leader in the commercial real estate services field with extensive experience in the greater Boston office market, today announced that it has leased 3,426-square-feet to New England Urgent Care and 3,160-square-feet to Penn Mutual Life Insurance at Two Adams Place in Braintree for lease terms of five years.

Two Adams Place is managed by Reit Management & Research LLC, Real Estate Services.

Constructed in 1988 and renovated in 2004, Two Adams Place is a four story 98,857-square-foot Class A office building. The building’s exterior is attractive polished granite and its large floor plates are designed for functionality and flexibility. The floor plates are approximately 25,000-square-feet with Walker Duct Systems built into the floors. These features make the building ideal for both a corporate headquarters and back office use.
