NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, recently brokered the $1.4 million sale of an industrial property at 383-385 Washington St. in Braintree to The Holland Companies.
NAI Hunneman Brokers Catherine Minnerly, Executive Vice President/Principal, and Ovar Osvold, Associate, represented the seller, The Herb Chambers Companies, in the transaction. Herb Chambers owns and operates nearly 50 auto dealerships throughout New England.
Based in Boston, The Holland Companies is a real estate design, engineering, construction and development firm with a 40-year history. Jay Nuss of Jay Nuss Realty represented The Holland Companies in the sale negotiation.
Situated on two connected lots totaling 2.41 acres, 383-385 Washington Street in Braintree is comprised of three former auto service buildings totaling 16,800 square feet of space. The property is located just off of Route 3 with access off of Washington Street and Storrs Avenue.
“383-385 Washington Street’s prime location off of Interstate 93 in Braintree, its generous clear heights and ample loading docks combined with developable land made this an attractive investment for The Holland Companies,” said Minnerly.
