Peabody Properties, Inc., a full-service real-estate firm managing in excess of 10,000 housing units across New England, today announced the promotions of four firm employees as Senior Property and Multi-Site Property Managers.
Ercilia Furtado and Karen Moreno have been promoted as Senior Property Managers and will assume responsibility of portfolios comprised of four to seven properties. In their new roles, Furtado and Moreno will be responsible for the management and oversight of all staff members, property operations and maintenance and client relationships at their respective properties. Furtado will manage Residences at the Groves and Middlebury Arms in Middleborough, The Fairways in Lakeville, Little Neck Village in Marion and Cherry Hill in Plymouth, while Moreno will be responsible for Fieldstone Apartments, Columbia West Apartments, Uphams Corner Market Residential and Uphams Corner Condominiums in Dorchester.
Kerri D’Amico and Nichole Paine have been promoted as Multi-Site Property Managers and will be responsible for managing client relations, overseeing maintenance operations and supervising staff members at two and three properties, respectfully. In their new roles, D’Amico and Paine will demonstrate their expertise in the areas of resident relations, government housing regulations, budgetary analysis and staff supervision. D’Amico will assume responsibility of Borden Place in Fall River and Bedford Towers in New Bedford, while Paine will manage Kensington Court and Sterling Place in Lakeville and Robertson on the River in Taunton.
According to Peabody Properties Principal and Chief Operating Officer, Melissa Fish-Crane, Furtado, Moreno, D’Amico and Paine have demonstrated professional growth and expertise in their past roles as Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers. “Since joining the Peabody Properties team, each of these distinguished employees has demonstrated her commitment to client service and has worked diligently to cultivate her managerial skills. Ercilia Furtado resides in Middleboro, Karen Moreno in Dorchester, Nichole Paine in North Dartmouth and Kerri D’Amico in Somerset.
