Cassidy Turley today announced the promotion of Deborah Howerton and Lauria Brennan to Senior Vice President.

At Cassidy Turley, Howerton’s responsibilities include global and national transactions. She also represents landlords and tenants in the leasing of the Cambridge and downtown Boston markets, including presenting office and lab space to potential clients, marketing office space, and compiling and researching data for market surveys. Prior to her 15 years of experience at Cassidy Turley, Howerton served as a Lease Administrator at R.M. Bradley & Company, Inc.
Howerton is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association and CoreNet. She was also recognized as a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club, Platinum Level, as well as by the Commercial Brokers Association Office for Deal of the Year Suburban in 2004. Howerton is a graduate of Fisher College and Boston University. She resides in Brookline.
With more than 15 years of commercial real estate business, Brennan assists Cassidy Turley’s corporate clients with new leases, renewals, relocations and lease dispositions. Prior to joining the firm, she served as Leasing Director at Equity Office Properties, where she was responsible for leasing and marketing more than 2,000,000-square-feet of the firm’s Boston-area portfolio.
Brennan is also a member of NEWIRE, CREW, the Commercial Brokers Association and NAIOP, where she serves on the organization’s charitable affairs committee. Brennan received a bachelor’s degree from Simmons College and a Certificate of Studies in Business Administration from Harvard University. She resides in Braintree.
