Tuesday's chat will be at noon, and readers are encouraged to enter during that time to ask the Mayor questions, and also forward questions ahead of time to joseph.markman@patch.com. You can also simply comment on this article to pose questions ahead of time if you can't make it to the chat. In addition, we will keep the chat transcript on the site for readers to check out afterward.
