Underage Liquor, OUI and New Year's Assault Arrests in Braintree

Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013

125 Union St. 10:15 p.m. Disturbance. Courtney M. Gana, 19 of Weymouth, Charlene M. LeClair, 20 of South Boston, and Colleen D. McCarron, 20 of Dorchester, were each charged with being a person under the age of 21 in possession of liquor.

Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2014

277 Shaw St. 12:21 a.m. Accident. Jose M. Roberts-Toler, 25 of Boston, was charged with OUI liquor.

90 Argyle Rd. 12:25 a.m. Domestic dispute. Christopher Maggiore, 37 of Braintree, was charged with assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, intimidating a witness and assault with a dangerous weapon.

41 Independence Ave. 3:09 a.m. Accident. Trista M. Pierce, 21 of Pembroke, was charged with OUI liquor.

160 Granite St. 6:58 a.m. Disturbance. Daniel Michael Pitts, 24 of Foxborough, was charged with assault and battery on a police officer, trespassing, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

1102 Washington St. 10:16 a.m. Civil disturbance. Brian Young, 65 of Braintree, was charged with trespassing.

52 McCusker Dr. 7:30 p.m. Domestic dispute. Ashley K. Meguro, 31 of Braintree, was charged with assault and battery, unarmed robbery, breaking and entering for a misdemeanor, intimidating a witness and damaging property.
