Three From Braintree Seriously Injured in NH Crash

On Friday, June 20, around 3:20 p.m., troopers and the State Police Collision Analysis & Reconstruction Unit responded to the scene of a serious crash on Route 16 northbound.

Police from Epping, NH, are investigating a two car crash in Milton, NH, that sent four from Braintree, MA, to the hospital-two with life-threatening injuries. 

On Friday, June 20, around 3:20 p.m., troopers and the State Police Collision Analysis & Reconstruction Unit responded to the scene of a serious crash on Route 16 northbound. 

Police said that Emily Baker, 20, of Milton Mills, NH, was driving a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta north on Route 16. Besim Myshqeri, 44, Braintree, drove in front of Baker. Elena Myshqeri, 49, Matthew Myshqeri, 9, and Suljon Myshqeri, 11, all from Braintree, were also in the car. 

Police say that Besim slammed into the rear of the Camry, driving off the road into the woods.

Elena was medflighted from the scene to Maine Medical Center in Portland, ME, with life threatening injuries.  She was later transported to Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. 

Besim, Matthew and Suljon were all transported to Frisbee Hospital in Rochester. Besim was treated for appeared to be minor injuries.  Suljon and Matthew were evaluated and then also transferred to Massachusetts General Hospital with serious and possible life-threatening injuries.  Baker was not injured in the crash.
