Southie Man Busted with Ecstasy Spits on Braintree Officer

Police responding to a fight in South Braintree Square late Sunday arrested a 22-year-old South Boston man after they found Ecstasy and Percocet on him.

The man – identified by Police Chief Russell Jenkins in a statement as Kyle A. Pollard – was also charged with assault and battery on a police officer because he spit on an officer while being searched.

Pollard had been in a fight with another man, a witness said, before police arrived. They discovered four Percocet 30mg pills on him, along with 14 packages of Ecstasy. 

Pollard was also charged with possession of Percocet with intent to distribute, possession of Ecstasy with intent to distribute and violation of the drug free school zone (St. Francis of Assisi School).
