The following information was supplied by the Braintree Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

A 25-year-old Randolph man was arrested by Braintree police on Tuesday, June 26 after being found asleep behind the wheel in front of Viola Restaurante.

Justin Crosby was charged with operating under the influence of alcohol and threats to commit a crime after Crosby was confrontational with officers who believed he was intoxicated, Deputy Chief Russell Jenkins said in a statement.

After the officers found Crosby asleep in his Honda Prelude, they awakened him and noticed signs of intoxication. He was arrested after several sobriety tests, Jenkins said.
