Police Make Multiple Drug Arrests

The following are excerpts from the Braintree police log. An arrest or charge does not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, June 3 

  • At 7:16 a.m., police responded to vandalism, 267 Quincy Ave. 
  • At 11:39 a.m., police responded to an accent on Union Street 
  • At 12:31 p.m., police responded to a call reporting larceny, Wood Road 
  • At 2:09 p.m., police responded to a drug law violation, Pearl Street. George Tony Daher, 35, 81 Pinewood Ave., Stoughton, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A substance, conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws. Divanny Milciades Cabral, 21, 59 Golden Ave., Hyde Park, was arrested and charged with conspiracy (two counts), distribution of Class A substance. Juan Francisco Pena, 21, Apt. 2, Howland St., Boston, was arrested and charged with distribution of Class A substance, conspiracy to violate controlled substance laws 
  • At 10 p.m., police arrested two on drug law violations/warrants. Michael J. Hendrickson, 33, Apt. 3, Forest Street, Medford, was arrested on a warrant. Andrew W. Fletcher, 40, Apt. D, Plain Street, Marshfield, was arrested and charged with possession of a Class A substance
Wednesday, June 4 

  • At 2:58 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute, Ash Street 
  • At 4:34 p.m., police responded to a drug law violation. Brian Jose Ruiz-Franjol, 29, Apt. 1, West Village Ave., Dorchester, was arrested on a warrant from Boston Police 
  • At 8:31 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Middle Street
