Police Looking for Culprits in Legal Sea Foods Credit Card Theft

The following information was supplied by the Braintree Police Department and Mass Most Wanted. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Braintree police are seeking help identifying two suspects in a credit card theft earlier this summer at Legal Sea Foods.

The suspects, both black females, sat next to the victim at the restaurant and took the cards from her purse on July 10, 2013, according to MassMostWanted.com.

They then went to Target in Braintree and charged $10,000, followed by a trip to Target in Stoughton and Abington.

A third woman – Neckia Madden of 15 Claxton St. in Roslindale – was arrested based on a license plate number identified by police but did not cooperate.

If you have any information about the crime, contact Detective Mark Sherrick at 781-794-8625.
