Friday, Aug. 16, 2013

350 Grossman Dr. 2:54 p.m. Shoplifting. Albert Boynton, 46 of Quincy, and Suzanne C. Thorne, 26 of Quincy, were both charged with shoplifting by asportation.

265 Granite St. 10:12 p.m. Motor vehicle violations. Maria M. Barros, 25 of Brockton, was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, equipment violation and on a warrant from Brockton.

36 Foster Rd. 11:35 p.m. Disturbance. Peter Forbes, 20 of Braintree, Brian Forbes, 18 of Braintree, and Matthew Medeiros, 17 of Braintree, were each charged with being a person under 21 in possession of liquor.

265 Elm St. Apt. 1B. 12:07 p.m. Domestic dispute. Marilda Bracewell, 41 of Braintree, was charged with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Sunday, Aug. 18, 2013

250 Granite St. 2:56 p.m. Shoplifting. Patricia M. Damaral, 38 of Brockton, was charged with trespass and larceny over $250.

5 Maple St. 5:34 p.m. Domestic dispute. William J. Morris, 25 of Braintree, was charged with assault and battery, witness intimidation and possession of a class B substance.
