Police Log: OUI Arrests, Southie Man Charged with Property Destruction

Friday, Dec. 6, 2013
350 Grossman Dr. 5:06 p.m. Shoplifting. James Michael Spencer, 56 of Jamaica Plain, was charged with shoplifting by asportation and common and notorious theft.

20 Mill Ln. 5:51 p.m. Accident. Diane Christine Woods, 56 of Braintree, was charged with OUI liquor, a marked lanes violation and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

10 Forbes Rd. 6:43 p.m. Drug law violation. William Sargeant Hinkley, 43 of Quincy, was charged with possession of a class B substance and operating a motor vehicle after right is suspended.

350 Grossman Dr. 12:29 p.m. Shoplifting. Eddie R. Smith, 24 of Braintree, was charged with shoplifting by concealing merchandise.

250 Granite St. 8:08 p.m. Shoplifting. Kayla Harris, 19 of Mattapan, was charged with shoplifting by asportation, second offense, and arrested on a warrant out of Cambridge.

87 Skyline Dr. Apt. 6. 8:22 p.m. Domestic dispute. Paul A. Foster, 54 of Braintree, was charged with assault and battery.

941 Washington St. 10:14 p.m. Domestic dispute. Brian Keefe, 39 of Braintree, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. 

Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013

125 Union St. 2:54 a.m. Suspicious activity. Michael G. Haseotes, 26 of Duxbury, was charged with possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute.

250 Grossman Dr. 10:48 a.m. Shoplifting. Patrick Michael Sullivan, 42 of South Boston, was charged with malicious destruction of property over $250, larceny over $250, possession of a bulgarious instrument, resisting arrest, possession of a class B substance and possession of a chemical propellant without FID. He also had a warrant out of Dedham.

250 Granite St. 2:49 p.m. Accident. Michael B. McHugh, 55 of Quincy, was charged with OUI liquor, second offense. 

15 Azel Rd. 11:25 p.m. Breaking and entering vehicle. Nicholas W. Julian, 19 of Braintree, was charged with resisting arrest and attempting to commit a crime.
