Police Log: Man Arrested for Using Firearm, Dealing Cocaine in School Zone

Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013

30 Braintree Hill Prk. 7:07 a.m. Larceny. Patrick W. Durgin, 33 of Dorchester, was charged with trespassing and larceny over $250. 

250 Granite St. 10:36 a.m. Drug law violation. Gerald A. Bester, 34 of Stoughton, was charged with firearm use in felony, trafficking in cocaine and a drug free school and park zone violation.

238 Common St. 5:14 p.m. Motor vehicle violations. Ryan P. Roche, 26 of Quincy, was charged with having no inspection sticker, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, have an uninsured MV and and unregistered vehicle.

37 McCusker Dr. Apt. 9. 8 p.m. Domestic dispute. Johnny War Vargas, 23 of Chelsea, was charged with assault and battery, attempted murder and larceny from a building.
