Police Log: Braintree Residents Arrested for Assault, Check Forgery

Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013

47 Skyline Dr. Apt. 8. 7:43 a.m. Domestic dispute. Marilyn F. Walker, 59 of Braintree, was arrested on a warrant out of Rowley and charged with assault and battery.

250 Granite St. 11:13 a.m. Shoplifting. Patrick M. Kenney, 29 of Braintree, was charged with larceny over $250, forgery of a false check, uttering a false check, receiving stolen property over $250 and receiving stolen property less than $250, subsequent offense.

250 Granite St. 5:43 p.m. Shoplifting. Geraldine R. Gonzales, 22 of Jamaica Plain, was charged with larceny over $250.

446 Liberty St. 8:56 p.m. Breaking and entering. Jonathan M. Coraine, 26 of Braintree, was charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony. 

42 Oakland St. 12:39 a.m. Abuse prevention violation. Christopher Matthew Primo, 34 of Hingham, was charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
