719 Granite St. 12:17 p.m. Domestic dispute. Thomas E. Garcia, 74 of Randolph, was charged with assault and battery on a disabled person 60 years plus.
Saturday, Nov. 9, 2013
581 Middle St. 12:01 a.m. Suspicious activity.
John W. Higgins, 27 of Weymouth, was charged with sell/possession of an electric stun gun, carrying a dangerous weapon and possession of a class B substance, subsequent offense.
89 Bellevue Rd. 2:23 a.m. Motor vehicle violations. Nick Pepdjonovic, 32 of Braintree, was charged with reckless operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle after suspension.
44 Granite St. 1:51 p.m. Domestic dispute. Larry E. Johnson, 25 of Braintree, was charged with assault and battery.
1223 Washington St. 7:55 p.m. Larceny. Darrin M. Phillips, 41 of Brockton, and Robert Bartelmania, 46 of Holbrook, were both charged with larceny over $250.

250 Granite St. 4:38 p.m. Shoplifting. Kally Alves, 20 of Brockton, was charged with larceny over $250.
