Whitman man to face jury for alleged crime threat
Daniel J. Mikenas, 24, of 104 Whidden Ave., Whitman, had a charge of threatening to commit a crime continued to Nov. 20 for a jury trial in Quincy District Court. The charge stems from a July 5, 2011 incident in Braintree at 4:30 p.m. when police responded to a report of threats made at 211 Jefferson St.

Kristina Jacobson, 48, of 35 Rustic Acres, Wolcott, Conn., was arraigned in Quincy District Court on charges of leaving the scene of a property damage accident, unlicensed driving, and a state highway signal/sign/markings violation. The case was continued to Oct. 29.
The charges stem from a Oct. 28, 2011 incident in Braintree at 6:30 p.m. when state police were dispatched to Route 93 northbound near Exit 7 in response to a report of a motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles, one which fled the scene.
