New York Man a No-Show at Arraignment on Larceny Charge

Braintree man charged with disorderly conduct

Joseph V. Boucher, 30 of Braintree, was arraigned in Quincy District Court on a charge of disorderly conduct. The case was continued to March 13. Boucher was released on personal recognizance.

The charge stems from a Sept. 4, 2012 incident in Braintree at 9:35 p.m. when police were dispatched to Commercial Street for a report of a man peeking into the windows of houses. When police confronted the suspect, he said he was out for a walk and that he might have dropped his house key. He denied peeking through windows, police said in the incident report.

Braintree man arraigned on larceny charges

Shawn Downey, 18, of 16 Crescent Ave., Apt. 2, Braintree was arraigned in Quincy District Court on charges of larceny of a motor vehicle and larceny from a building. The case was continued to March 12. Downey was released on personal recognizance.

The charges stem from a Oct. 17, 2012 incident in Braintree at 11:25 p.m. when police were dispatched to Sullivan Tire on Pearl Street for a report of a stolen vehicle. Police said two men in hoodies were reportedly seen lurking around the key drop-off area prior to the theft of the Toyota Camry.

New York man a no-show at arraignment on larceny charge

Christian Arroyos, 24 of Long Island, N.Y., failed to appear in Quincy District Court for arraignment on a charge of larceny over $250. A judge issued a warrant to arrest Arroyos. The charge stems from a Sept. 20, 2012 incident in Braintree at 4:42 p.m. when police were dispatched to the Hollister store for a report of shoplifting. Police later stopped a vehicle with $1,080 worth of allegedly stolen Abercrombie & Fitch Fierce cologne, according to the police report.
