Woman Charged After Alleged Drunk Driving Accident, Drugged Driving Case Continued

Braintree woman charged with OUI

Pauline Dangora, 54 of Braintree, was arraigned in Quincy District Court on charges of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, unlicensed driving, and a marked lanes violation. The case was continued to Feb. 28. Dangora was released on personal recognizance.

The charges stem from a Dec. 1, 2011 incident in Quincy after state police were dispatched to the scene of a motor vehicle accident by the ramp on Burgin Parkway. Police said they encountered a red Honda Civic with heavy front end damage. The driver was later placed on a stretcher and allegedly police overheard her saying "I've been drinking," according to the police report.

Rockland woman charged with drugged driving has case continued

Jillian M. Reis, 28 of Rockland, had charged of operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs, unlicensed driving, and failure to notify the RMV of a name/address change continued to Jan. 7 for a jury status hearing in Quincy District Court.

The charges stem from a March 19, 2011 incident in Braintree after police responded to a report of a woman passed out at the wheel of a vehicle at the intersection of Cottage Avenue and Quincy Avenue. According to police, Reis informed them she recently had her big toe cut off and was having nerve problems in her left leg. She allegedly said she was taking Xanax, Oxycodone, Cymbalta, and amphetamine salts, police said in the incident report.

Court dismisses assault and battery charge

Keesha Walker, 25 of Quincy, had a charge of assault and battery dismissed in Quincy District Court. However, Walker was instructed to perform 15 hours of community service. The charge stems from a June 6 incident in Braintree at 9:45 p.m. when police were dispatched to 3 McCusker Drive for a report of a fight with screaming heard in the background of a 911 call, police said in the incident report.
