Motor Vehicle Stop Leads to Drunk Driving Arrest
A Braintree man faces drunk driving and drinking under-age charges.
Mark Dioguardi-Levi, 19, of Braintree, was arrested on Monday, May 26, shortly before 2 a.m. for allegedly operating under the influence of alcohol, said police.
An officer pulled Dioguardi-Levi over on Union Street for a motor vehicle violation.
The officer "made observations that led him to believe he was intoxicated," and Dioguardi-Levi was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of alcohol.

Police searched the car and found a half full bottle of alcohol under the front seat, and he was additionally charged with possessing alcohol under the age of 21 and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
