Men with Knives Rob Braintree Gas Station Monday Night

The following information was supplied by the Braintree Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Two men wielding what appeared to be steak knives robbed the Supershine gas station on Quincy Avenue Monday night, following two similar robberies in Quincy.

The two black males entered the gas station booth and demanded money, Braintree Police Chief Russell Jenkins said in a statement. When police arrived, they tracked their foot flight path with a canine but lost the trail in a nearby parking lot.

Both men were wearing black coats, black knit hats and gloves, Jenkins said. One was described as being 5 feet 8 inches tall and the other was 5 feet 11 inches tall.
