The following information was supplied by the Braintree Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

A 33-year-old Hingham man was arrested by Braintree after he allegedly stole several laptops from the Braintree Hill Office Park.

Employees at the office park told police that they recognized Patrick W. Durgin as being wanted for the thefts early last week, Chief Russell Jenkins said in a statement.

"Management distributed photographs of a person who they believed was responsible for the theft of four laptop computers from various businesses within
the complex," Jenkins said.

Police were called to the office park shortly after 7 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 3 after Durgin was seen in an employee's cubicle. Durgin left the building and was placed under arrested.

He was charged with four counts of larceny over $250 and one count of trespassing.
