Electronics, Jewelry Taken in Two Recent House Breaks

Braintree police are investigating two break-ins that happened last week on two consecutive days, but that may be unrelated.
On Thursday, Dec. 13, a Lisle Street homeowner told police that someone broke into his home between 12:30 p.m. and 4:50 p.m., Chief Russell Jenkins said in a statement.
Various jewelry was stolen from two jewelry boxes after the culprit kicked in the rear door.

The next day, at 12:30 p.m, a Reed Hill Road home was broken into and an iPad, laptop and jewelry were taken, Jenkins said.
A neighbor told police that two men entered and left 10 minutes later with a woman driving a Dodge Neon or Ford Focus with a large, black racing stripe extending from the front grille to the trunk.
