Woman Arrested Following Alleged Break-in on Hickory Road

The following is an excerpt from the Braintree Police Department's log: 


Friday, Jan. 31

  • At 9:05 a.m., police responded to a disturbance on Grossman Drive.
  • At 10:44 a.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Walnut Street. Michael Murphy, 82, of 221 Walnut St., Braintree, was arrested on charges of assault and battery on a person over 60 and intimidating a witness.
  • At 11:12 a.m., police responded to a reported assault and battery on Grove Street.
  • At 11:57 a.m., police responded to a reported larceny on Pleasant View Avenue.
  • At 12:31 p.m., police responded to a domestic dispute on Washington Street. Michael A. White, 29, of 13 Washington St., Braintree, was arrested on a charge of assault and battery.
  • At 7:09 p.m., police responded to a disturbance on Granite Street. Nicholas Miranda, 22, of 1072 Warren Ave., Brockton, was arrested for reportedly having an outstanding warrant.
  • At 7:32 p.m., police responded to a shoplifting incident on Grossman Drive.

Saturday, Feb. 1

  • At 1:08 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Holbrook Avenue.
  • At 4:01 p.m., police responded to a shoplifting incident on Grossman Drive. Crystal G. Rull, 34, of 8 Narragansett St., Dorchester, was arrested on a charge of larceny of property valued above $250.
  • At 5:05 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Central Avenue.

Sunday, Feb. 2

  • At 12:29 a.m., police stopped a motor vehicle on Mahar Highway. Michael Roche, 41, of 10 George Road, Holbrook, was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
  • At 4:06 a.m., police responded to a reported larceny on Union Street.
  • At 9:59 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Forbes Road.
  • At 10:07 a.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Forbes Road. 
  • At 1:34 p.m., police responded to a shoplifting incident on Granite Street.
  • At 2:10 p.m., police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Commercial Street.
  • At 3:59 p.m., police responded to a reported break-in on Hickory Road. Nichole K. Ennis, 32, of 49 Early Street, Brockton, was arrested on charges of breaking and entering during the nighttime to commit a felony and malicious destruction of property valued above $250.
  • At 5:01 p.m., an officer disposed of a hypodermic needle discovered on Forest Street.
