Braintree Police: Do You Know These Credit Card Scammers?

The following information was supplied by the Braintree Police Department and Mass Most Wanted. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Braintree police are looking for two suspects in a credit card fraud at the South Shore Plaza earlier this month.

The two men, likely part of a regional credit card theft ring, used stolen credit card data (the victim never lost possession of the card), to make purchases at several local stores, including Target and Macy's, according to MassMostWanted.com.

"It should be noted that while this was happening, the same card data was being used by other suspects around the Metro-Boston area," police said. The depicted parties are likely part of an expansive gift-card and credit-card fraud ring."

If you have any information on the men, contact Det. Steve Wallace at 781-794-8729 ext. 8729.
