Braintree Man Arrested on Second Offense OUI

A 44-year-old Braintree man was charged with second offense operating under the influence after police saw him driving on three wheels and a rim on Granite Street Friday morning.

Salvatore T. Siciliano was also charged with failure to wear a seat belt and having an open container while driving when Officer David Jordan saw an open can of beer in the vehicle, Chief Russell Jenkins said in a statement.

Siciliano was arrested after performing several sobriety tests and Jordan saw signs of intoxication.
