Arlene Callahan

Arlene “Cally” Callahan 60 years of age of South Braintree entered Life Eternal on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at her home surrounded by her loving family at her bedside. She was born in Dorchester and graduated from Dorchester High School. She had lived in Braintree for 30 years. Cally was an avid Red Sox fan and Bruins fan. She very much enjoyed family gatherings and especially enjoyed lunch with her mother. She was known for her devotion to the Catholic Faith.

Ben Fantasia

FANTASIA, Benjamin A. “Ben” of Braintree, passed away after a long illness February 19, 2013 at the age of 89. Beloved husband of 61 years to Patricia E. “Pat” (Gaudreau) Fantasia. Loving father of Philip M. Fantasia and his wife Mervi of Medfield, Mark E. Fantasia and his wife Charlyn of San Antonio, TX, and Yvonne M. Bishkoff and her late husband Charles of Florham Park, NJ. ... He has lived in Braintree for over 60 years. While living in Braintree he was a member of the Delta Masonic Lodge, A.F. & A.M., Braintree, and was one of their Blood Drive Volunteers, he was a former town meeting member for many years, and a member of the American Legion Post #86, Braintree. He worked in sales and service in the heavy equipment field for many years before his retirement several years ago.

Sammy Yip

YIP, Sammy Chun-Sang of Braintree formerly of Boston passed away February 20, 2013 at the age of 63. Beloved husband of Judy Hoi-Man (Wan) Yip. Loving father of Jessie Wai-Min Yip of Boston. Son of the late Kam and Lin (Wong) Yip. He is also survived by a brother and sister-in-law in Hong Kong S.A.R., as well as nieces and nephews in New York City. He was born in China, came to the United States from Hong Kong around 1972 and lived in Boston until moving to Braintree in 1995. He was the owner and manager of Tiki Palace Restaurant in Braintree and Tiki Kye Restaurant in Carver.
