Experience an earth friendly event like the Sustainable Braintree Earth Celebration being held this Saturday, Sept. 8th from 9 to 1, rain or shine, in conjunction with the Braintree Farmers Market.  The events tent, sponsored by BELD, will be up with tables and chairs purchased in part with a donation from Wamps Pizzeria.  Music provided by the very talented Tiffany Rozenas & Family will enliven the market with their Celtic Fiddle music.   There's still a few limited Braintree Farmers Market posters available for only $5.  Lower your carbon footprint by walking to the market this Saturday.

Project Have Hope is debuting the Hope Cures Collection of cancer awareness bracelets made from their iconic recycled paper beads.  One dollar from each Hope Cures bracelet purchased is donated to the Ugandan Child Cancer Foundation to help support young patients at the Uganda Cancer Institute.

Organic food is another joke. If Braintree placed a 10,000 dollar fine for any one selling food at this place that is not 100% organic, the vendors would leave like a band of gypsies.
