WBN and Women at Grant Thornton - Centered Leadership Workshop

Please join the Women at Grant Thornton to explore what sustains women in global leadership positions and how we can each work toward that sustainment. We will discuss the McKinsey Centered Leadership framework which focuses on thinking and acting in ways that achieve higher impact – resulting in higher performance and greater career and personal satisfaction.

This interactive workshop will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to connect with other female professionals.
Discussion and activities will be based on the five dimensions of the McKinsey Centered Leadership Model to focus on the key factors of success for women and how we can apply these forces to enhance our careers.

Topics will include:

Framing or the frames people use to view the world and process experiences can make a critical difference to professional outcomes. Learn how to frame both positive and negative experiences to support your growth and ability to move forward.

Engaging and being an active part of the conversation also means positioning yourself as the leader, innovator and active participant. Learn how to be comfortable with taking risks and ownership of your achievement. For more information on this program, read the McKinsey Centered Leadership Model.

This will be a great opportunity to engage with other female professionals who are passionate about moving both their own and other women’s careers forward.
