Barnes & Noble, Braintree, will host the annual The Elf on the Shelf Storytime & Adopt-an-Elf event on Saturday, November 30 at 11 a.m.
This free family event will kick off with a reading of The Elf on the Shelf: A Christmas Tradition. The story, reveals how Santa knows who to place on the Naughty and Nice list each year. As detailed in the picture book, the watchful elves report back to the North Pole every evening, informing Santa on which children have been naughty or nice. Each copy of The Elf on the Shelf picture book comes with its very own elf.
This beloved tradition gives children an opportunity to adopt an elf of their own, complete with an adoption certificate. There will be activities, holiday treats and fun for the entire family!
