FREE OUTDOOR Yoga at French's Common ~ benefit to end homelessness FBMS

FREE Yoga class for a good cause. Yoga class will be dedicated to FATHER BILLS AND MAINSPRING....a homeless shelter on the south shore, non profit agency....they help homeless to VETERANS. They count on folks like myself to help raise awareness and a need for donations. 
For the MONTH of MONDAY AUGUST 5, 12, and 19 EVENINGS 6:00PM 1 Hour of yoga for ALL LEVELS 
FRENCH COMMON next to BRAINTREE TOWN HALL, BRAINTREE MASS. We will do yoga next to or behind the building. 
Yoga mat and or towels.....the dedication is to send love and healing to those who occupy FBMS and those volunteers who help in a big way. 
IF YOU WISH TO MAKE A DONATION, I will have a box for items they are in need of now (Wallmart, CVS, Walgreen gift CARDS...etc.) DONATIONS OF ANY KIND ARE WELCOME. 
In yoga we call this SEVA which means:
"Service which is given without consideration of anything in return, at the right place and time, with the feeling that it is one's duty, is regarded as the nature of goodness."
RAIN DATE (heavy rain) WILL BE THE FOLLOWING DAY TUESDAY same time and place. if it is RAINING HEAVY the RAIN DATE IS THE NEXT DATE TUESDAY SAME TIME AND PLACE
