Da Noi Hair Salon and Spa is excited to announce that on Sunday May 4, 2014 from 11am – 4pm we will host a Cut-A-Thon with all proceeds going to the Lieutenant Walsh - Firefighter Kennedy Memorial Fund. The whole day will be dedicated to haircuts costing 20 dollars but any donation is accepted. We are truly inspired by the bravery and dedication of the Boston Fire Department. Lieutenant Walsh and Firefighter Kennedy were two courageous men who sacrificed their lives at the Beacon Street fire for the protection of others, which is truly amazing.
As expressed by Mayor Walsh, no monetary donation can heal the wounds suffered by the Walsh and Kennedy families but the presence of a united community showing support and appreciation can help with the healing process which is our goal. Firefighters alongside with law enforcement, military, and other organizations promoting safety, thank you and we are grateful.
