BHS Dance Team Presents "Dancing with the Staff" Jan 16th

Braintree High's award-winning dance team is hosting "Dancing with the Staff," January 16 at 6 p.m. in the BHS Auditorium.

Members of the varsity and JV teams will partner with faculty from BHS and perform choreographed routines in front of a live audience.

Emily Rodd, an English teacher and the assistant coach of the JV dance team, will be dancing along with many of her Braintree High colleagues. There will also be a dance performance featuring dance team alumni.

"Dancing with the Staff" will be judged by BHS housemasters Nancy Moynihan, Andy Delery and Matt Riordan and Patty Hale, dance team founder and JV dance team coach. The winning dance group will receive an official "Dancing with the Staff" trophy.  

"We held our first "Dancing with the Staff" last year and were so pleased with how well-received it was," said varsity coach Jamie Campbell. "Faculty and students loved participating and watching. We are so excited to bring it back this year."

Tickets are $5 at the door. Proceeds benefit the BHS dance team.
