If you are a Verizon Internet customer, we need your help in resolving a technical problem affecting your email.
Verizon is blocking BELD Broadband server smtp1.beld.net (IP 126.96.36.199). As a result, hundreds of Verizon customers are not getting email from hundreds of BELD Broadband subscribers. If you are a Verizon customer, you may not be receiving legitimate personal email.
We have tried to use Verizon's online portal for unblocking the server and we've spent considerable time on the phone attempting to resolve this issue. Verizon representatives finally informed us that they will NOT address the issue unless they hear directly from these customers. We only handle email for our domain here at BELD, so we have no idea if Verizon may also be blocking other legitimate email.
If you believe you are affected by this, please contact Verizon technical support at 1.888.553.1555 to tell them you are not receiving your email and need them to fix this issue. We are hopeful that, if they hear from enough of their customers, they will take basic action so you can get legitimate email from our domain.
