XS Brokers Plans for Growth with New Chief Sales Officer

[Quincy, MA]  XS Brokers has named Mike McKinley as Chief Sales Officer. In this newly created position, McKinley will oversee all sales and production staff in both the company’s Massachusetts and Connecticut offices.

The addition of McKinley to the 50-strong and growing staff comes on the heels of XS Brokers’ recent announcement of its record year — the company recorded 2013 as its best year in history in the number of transactions and policy volume.

His diverse background with Fortune 500 companies and his experience leading sales teams and building executive level relationships will be a tremendous asset as we continue to deliver a high-performance service to our clients, and cultivate new relationships,” said Devine.

Prior to joining XS Brokers, McKinley held a wide range of leadership roles at ARAMARK, Houghton Mifflin Company, Boise Office Solutions, and ViaCell. McKinley most recently served as an Independent Business and Sales Consultant focusing on implementing strategic business plans, new business development and program management for Brewster Ambulance and Doctors Billing Inc.
